Registration Notes

Please read the policies carefully. When you register, you will be asked to sign that you have read and understand these policies. If you have any questions, please contact us before you register.

Registration and Payment
The Croppin' Train Retreat is only $215 (for Double Occupancy). Final payment must be received on or before April 26th for 2 nights lodging (Friday and Saturday), , over 50 hours of possible cropping time, 6 or 8 foot wide reserved cropping space per person, prizes, use of a Cricut Expressions, and use of laptop and color printer (may be small per page charge for printing).
A $50 deposit will reserve your space at the Croppin' Train Retreat.
Please register by using paypal or you can register by phone at 479-531-8518 between the hours of 9am and 8pm Central Standard time.
We accept checks, money orders, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for payments. We must receive your deposit within ten days of registration to reserve your space. You can contact us by phone to make arrangements to pay by credit card.
Let us know if you are interested in a payment plan to pay off your retreat. We have a few options.
Gift certificates are available for purchase in $25 increments.
Anyone can attend retreat. Our only restriction is that everyone is at least 15 years old.
If you have a special need, please let us know or indicate it on the registration form that is on the link on the right of this page.
The hotel will provide water. If you would like a soft drink, you can bring your own (you can have a cooler under your table) or use the soda vending machines provided by the hotel. Drink holders attached to the table are permitted. Small personal coolers will be allowed in the crop room under the tables. You are welcome to bring any snacks to the retreat. The hotel will not allow us to have any out for you.
Within 72 hours of any payment you will receive a confirmation email from us. Your confirmation will include your receipt, and your payment plan, if applicable. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us.
Returned checks will result in a charge of $40 and the immediate cancellation of your registration.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit of $50 for the Retreat is a non-refundable deposit. There will be no refunds for "no-shows."
In the event you are not able to attend the Retreat, and have reserved a hotel room, we will retain funds to cover the hotel cost, in addition to the $50.00 non-refundable deposit.
No refunds will be issued due to perceived quality of the retreat, natural disasters, national emergencies, or acts of God.
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you.
What should I bring with me?
You should bring comfortable clothes, toiletry items and your cropping supplies. On the “Tips” post, we have a recommended tool list and hints to prepare your cropping supplies. We will have all of those recommended supplies available to use in our Supply Depot as well.
